Safety and prevention measures Covid-19

To ensure as much as possible the safety and serenity of your stay, our structure, following the guidelines of the Tuscany region, has adopted a series of measures and procedures regarding both the provision of services and the sanitation of spaces, equipment and everything that is present within our structure.

Following PROTOCOL COVID 19:

• It is mandatory to wear a mask in all common spaces
• It is mandatory to maintain a distance of at least one meter from staff and all other guests in all common areas
• Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or sanitize them with alcohol-based gel
• Use of the elevator must be such that the interpersonal distance can be respected while wearing a mask
• This property ensures cleaning and disinfecting of rooms and common areas according to national guidelines
• Please keep your room keys with you throughout your stay
• Linens: sheets, blanket, pillow cover, towels are washed with industrial laundry treatment that uses chemical detergents and disinfectants
• Disposable amenities for each room: shampoo, shower gel, soap, water bottles and snacks.
